At Unique Innovation Construction Inc, we recently completed a project involving ADU construction 2 bed 2 bath in Modesto. This 1,000 sqft ADU was designed with a spacious living room, a laundry room, and high 9ft ceilings. We gave it a stucco exterior for a sleek, modern look. Inside, we installed shaker style cabinets with granite countertops and a full height backsplash in the kitchen. Both bathrooms were fitted with quartz panels for the shower surrounds.
